2Services Provided
Trench Logistics LLC provides freight transportation, less-than-truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL) shipping, distribution and last-mile delivery, warehousing and storage, expedited shipping, and related logistics coordination services. Specific service details, availability, and pricing are confirmed on a shipment-by-shipment basis.
3Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates provided in good faith based on the information you supply and current market conditions. Quotes are subject to change if the details of a shipment differ from those provided, including weight, dimensions, pickup or delivery locations, accessorial services, or timing. Final pricing is confirmed on the rate confirmation for each shipment.
4Booking & Shipment Confirmation
A shipment is considered booked only after a rate confirmation has been issued and accepted by the customer. Scheduling, routing, and equipment availability may affect the requested pickup and delivery dates. We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee exact pickup or delivery times.
5Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information, including proper descriptions of the freight, its value, weight, and dimensions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your goods and to ensure freight is properly packaged, labeled, and ready for pickup. Inaccurate or incomplete information may void coverage and shift liability.
6Carrier & Insurance
Shipments are transported by licensed and insured carriers. Trench Logistics LLC is fully licensed and insured, and every shipment moves under cargo coverage in accordance with applicable law. You may purchase additional cargo insurance where available. Declared value and insurance claims must be reported in accordance with applicable procedures and timelines.
7Liabilities & Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trench Logistics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit or revenue, arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the shipment giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated on each rate confirmation or invoice. Invoices are due according to the agreed terms. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of future services. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your shipments.
9Prohibited Goods
You may not ship goods that are illegal, hazardous without proper documentation, or prohibited by applicable law or carrier policy. We reserve the right to refuse or stop any shipment we reasonably believe violates these restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring your goods are eligible for transport.
